Kjær Architecture has recently completed a comprehensive refurbishment of a villa in Hellerup. Built in the 1920’s the house had fallen in a state of disrepair, requiring extensive restoration and modernization. Working closely with a talented team of engineers and artisans, Kjær restored the house to its former elegance, whilst seamlessly integrating the appurtenances of modern living.

In addition to a new roof, stone terrace, and restored façades, the interiors feature panelled bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, cedar sauna, and custom cabinetry throughout the residence.
